Description

Ximen Mining Corp. is a southern British Columbia precious-metals explorer focused on advancing the historic Kenville Gold Mine near Nelson, Canada. The investment case centers on reopening underground access at Kenville, where Ximen holds a 95% interest in the mine-owning subsidiary together with existing equipment, buildings, paved-road access and grid power. Mines Act authorization covers a new portal and approximately 1,200 m decline intended to support underground drilling and a 10,000 t bulk sample.

Kenville has a historical 2009 estimate of 24,624 t at 20.58 g/t Au for 16,289 oz M&I and 522,321 t at 23.01 g/t Au for 356,949 oz Inferred, but this estimate is historical and is not treated as a current resource. Ximen also holds a broad southern British Columbia portfolio of gold, silver and base-metal projects and royalty interests, providing significant exploration optionality beyond Kenville.

Gold-silver-lead-zinc project covering the historic Camp McKinney area. Drilling has intersected narrow polymetallic veins.

Project 4: Treasure Mountain, British Columbia, Canada
Silver project held as an optioned or partner-funded asset, providing payment, royalty or residual exploration optionality.

Gold-focused partner/option assets providing additional exploration and residual optionality.
