Description

Westhaven Gold Corp is a gold-silver explorer and developer controlling approximately 60,263 hectares across four properties in the Spences Bridge Gold Belt of southern British Columbia. Shovelnose is the flagship project and contains the South, Franz and FMN deposits included in the 2025 PEA.

The investment case combines a high-grade epithermal resource, low modeled AISC, manageable initial capex and significant exploration upside across the broader district. The 2025 PEA outlines an approximately 11.1-year underground mine producing an average 56,000 oz gold and 312,000 oz silver annually.

The PEA reports approximately 718.6 koz Indicated and 292.0 koz Inferred AuEq, US$836/oz AuEq AISC, C$184M initial capex, C$454M after-tax NPV6% and 43.2% IRR at US$2,400/oz gold and US$28/oz silver. A 50,000 m 2026 drill program and PFS are funded through Dundee's earn-in arrangement.

Flagship approximately 41,634 ha high-grade epithermal project. The 2025 PEA includes South, Franz and FMN. The 2026 program includes approximately 35,000 m of infill drilling, 15,000 m of exploration drilling and PFS-related technical work.

Project 2: Prospect Valley, British Columbia, Canada — Gold, Silver
Approximately 10,927 ha low-sulphidation epithermal project west of Merritt. Historical drilling includes 45.7 m at 1.6 g/t Au, while current surface work is ranking future drill targets.

Project 3: Skoonka, British Columbia, Canada — Gold, Silver
Approximately 2,785 ha road-accessible epithermal project containing six known gold zones. Historical drilling includes high-grade intercepts such as 12.8 m at 20.2 g/t Au.

Project 4: Skoonka North, British Columbia, Canada — Gold, Silver
Approximately 6,167 ha early-stage property with strong stream-silt and soil anomalies. The project remains undrilled.
