Wallbridge Mining Company Ltd controls a 598 km² land package extending approximately 82 km along Quebec's Detour-Fenelon gold trend. Its 100%-owned Fenelon project has a positive 2025 PEA and is advancing through a fully funded PFS program.

The investment case combines a 16-year PEA mine plan, low projected AISC, a multi-million-ounce resource base, strong strategic ownership and significant exploration upside near the Detour Lake mining complex.

Fenelon contains approximately 1.754 Moz Indicated at 3.62 g/t Au and 1.649 Moz Inferred at 3.41 g/t Au. The PEA outlines approximately 107,000 oz annual production, US$1,046/oz AISC, C$579M initial capex and C$706M after-tax NPV5 at US$2,200/oz gold. Martiniere contributes another 346 koz Indicated and 387 koz Inferred, while the remaining portfolio provides regional exploration optionality.

Project 2: Martiniere Gold, Quebec, Canada — Gold
100%-owned advanced exploration project approximately 30 km west of Fenelon. MRE contains approximately 346 koz Indicated and 387 koz Inferred. Drilling continues along the Bug Lake and Dragonfly corridors.

Project 3: Casault, Quebec, Canada — Gold
Earn-in property on the Sunday Lake Deformation Zone. Wallbridge completed 2026 drilling toward earning 50% and plans to exercise the option in Q1 2027. Vortex remains the principal target.

Project 4: Grasset Gold, Quebec, Canada — Gold
Early-stage regional property along the eastern projection of the Sunday Lake Deformation Zone, with reconnaissance drilling targeting concealed structures.

Project 5: Doigt, Quebec, Canada — Gold
Greenfield property within the contiguous Detour-Fenelon land package. Geophysical and structural targets provide district-scale exploration optionality.

Project 6: Harri, Quebec, Canada — Gold
Early-stage regional gold property within the 598 km² land package. No current mineral resource.
