Description

Walker River Resources Corp. is a Nevada-focused gold explorer advancing the Lapon Gold Project in the Walker Lane trend, approximately 60 km southeast of Yerington. The investment case is high-grade and broad gold mineralization, a newly recognized intrusion-related system, a fully drill-permitted Tier 1 location, nearby road and power infrastructure, and partner-funded exploration targeting an initial compliant resource.

The 147-claim portfolio covers approximately 2,940 acres and includes Lapon Canyon/Rose, Pikes Peak, Rattlesnake and Range Front. Lapon Canyon hosts approximately 610 m of historical underground workings and recent drilling including 3.79 g/t Au over 85.34 m, with a higher-grade interval of 16.49 g/t Au over 6.10 m.

Nevada Canyon may earn up to 50% of the 96-claim Lapon Canyon area by funding US$5M over three years. The earn-in program contemplates additional drilling, compliant resource work and a PEA.

Project 1: Lapon Canyon / Rose, Nevada, USA — Gold
Flagship 96-claim area containing the Central and Hotspot zones, historical adits and broad/high-grade drilling. A 10,000 m 2026 RC program targets infill, step-outs and deeper intrusive feeders. The area is subject to Nevada Canyon's earn-in for up to 50%.

Project 2: Pikes Peak, Nevada, USA — Gold
Located approximately 4 km north of Lapon Canyon. Historical shafts, adits, milling remains and road access support additional follow-up targeting.

Project 3: Rattlesnake, Nevada, USA — Gold
Located approximately 3 km west of Lapon Canyon and about 600 m lower in elevation. Contains 15 claims, historical workings and reported high-grade gold sampling.

Project 4: Range Front, Nevada, USA — Gold
Prospective structural corridor linking the western claim groups and contributing to more than 8 km of underexplored strike along the broader Lapon system.
