Walker Lane Resources Ltd., formerly CMC Metals, is a junior explorer focused on silver-rich carbonate-replacement and epithermal systems in Yukon, British Columbia and Nevada. Its flagship 100%-owned Silver Hart/Blue Heaven property contains an updated Inferred MRE of 1.889 Mt at 145.2 g/t AgEq for 8.820 Moz AgEq, including 4.327 Moz silver, 9.9 Mlb lead and 84.7 Mlb zinc.

The investment case combines high-grade silver exposure, a very small fully diluted market value and a seven-project polymetallic portfolio. Silver Hart/Blue Heaven is the only current MRE-stage asset, while Amy and Silverknife provide additional CRD exposure near Coeur's Silvertip district and the Nevada portfolio adds high-grade gold-silver discovery optionality.

The key constraints are funding and technical maturity. At 31 March 2026, the company reported only C$76,385 cash and C$63,769 working capital, together with material going-concern uncertainty. Trading was halted on 1 April 2026 under a failure-to-file cease-trade order; the C$0.135 reference price is therefore stale.

Project 3: Silverknife, British Columbia, Canada — Silver / Polymetallic
100%-owned claims adjacent to Silvertip. Coeur terminated its option in January 2026, while Walker Lane retained the project and accumulated exploration datasets.

Project 4: Logjam, Yukon, Canada — Copper, Silver, Gold, Antimony
100%-owned grassroots polymetallic target. No current MRE or defined economic program.

Project 5: Tule Canyon, Nevada, USA — Gold, Silver
Optioned drill-ready property covering a 4–5 km structural corridor with historical workings and high-grade gold-silver samples. No modern MRE.

Project 6: Silver Mountain, Nevada, USA — Silver, Copper
Optioned high-grade silver-copper vein prospect consisting of eight claims. No current MRE.

Project 7: Cambridge, Nevada, USA — Gold, Silver
Optioned 51-claim former mining district containing high-grade historical gold-silver results. No current MRE.
