Description

Vox Royalty Corp. is a cash-flowing, gold-weighted royalty and streaming company with more than 70 interests, including 10 producing and 28 development assets. More than 70% of portfolio NAV is precious-metals weighted, while approximately 85% of assets by count are located in Australia, Canada and the United States.

The investment case is diversified operator-funded growth without direct mine-capex exposure, supported by Vox's proprietary royalty database and increasing shareholder distributions through a quarterly dividend. 2026 royalty and net precious-metal receipts guidance is US$32–37M; H1 2026 receipts were US$22.19M and operating cash flow was US$19.91M. Cash stood at US$31.1M at 30 June 2026.

Key current value drivers include Greenstone and other producing gold purchase agreements, Bonikro, Kanmantoo and Binduli-linked royalties, together with potential new receipts from Mt Ida, Bruno Lewis and Castle Hill. Longer-term growth is expected from Sugar Zone, South Railroad, Bullabulling and other development assets.
