Visionary Copper and Gold Mines Inc. (formerly Callinex Mines) is a Canadian polymetallic exploration and development company. Its flagship 100%-owned Point Leamington project in central Newfoundland contains a 2021 pit-constrained MRE of 5.013 Mt Indicated at 2.49 g/t AuEq for 402 koz AuEq and 13.727 Mt Inferred at 2.24 g/t AuEq for 986.5 koz AuEq, plus 1.713 Mt underground Inferred at 3.06 g/t AuEq for 168.5 koz AuEq.

The investment case combines Point Leamington resource growth and the Kraken copper discovery with advanced Pine Bay resources in Manitoba and the older PEA-stage Nash Creek/Superjack zinc portfolio in New Brunswick. A permitted 20,000 m Phase 2 program targets resource expansion, conversion of approximately half of the pit Inferred resource and potential inclusion of Kraken in the next MRE.

Infrastructure is a portfolio strength, with road, power, rail, port and historic mining infrastructure available across several key projects. However, additional funding, updated economics and permitting remain necessary before development.

100%-owned flagship VMS project containing the current Au-Cu-Zn-Ag resource, the Kraken footwall copper discovery and five regional airborne-EM conductors across approximately 33,000 ha.

Project 2: Pine Bay / Flin Flon, Manitoba, Canada — Copper, Gold, Zinc, Silver
100%-owned district containing the Rainbow resource, Pine Bay resources and multiple exploration targets including Alchemist, Descendent, Cabin and Sourdough. Rainbow Indicated resources grade approximately 3.59% CuEq.

Project 3: Nash Creek, New Brunswick, Canada — Zinc, Lead, Silver
100%-owned zinc-lead-silver project with a 2018 PEA outlining a ten-year open-pit development concept, C$127.6M after-tax NPV8 and 25.2% after-tax IRR at the study's historical commodity assumptions.

Project 4: Superjack, New Brunswick, Canada — Zinc, Lead, Silver
100%-owned project containing approximately 3.2 Mt Inferred at 4.6% ZnEq. Portions were incorporated into the historical Nash Creek PEA development concept.

Project 5: Other Flin Flon / Canadian Portfolio — Gold, Copper, Zinc and other base metals
Includes Gossan Gold, Alberts Lake, Sneath Lake, Moak Lake, Herblet Lake, Headway North, Island Lake and other regional tenure providing additional exploration optionality.
