Description

Viscount Mining Corp. is a Canadian-listed exploration company with two 100%-controlled projects in the United States: Silver Cliff in Colorado and Cherry Creek in Nevada. The investment case combines a current near-surface silver resource at the Kate deposit, district-scale copper-gold porphyry potential at Passiflora and additional silver-gold and critical-mineral optionality at Cherry Creek.

Kate's April 2023 NI 43-101 MRE contains 10.275 Moz Ag measured and indicated at 71 g/t plus 14.215 Moz Ag inferred at 52 g/t. Ten 2026 step-out holes were drilled outside the existing resource boundary, including K26-08, which returned 7.9 m at 473.2 g/t Ag and 2.92 g/t Au. SLR is re-analyzing Kate and an updated resource is targeted, while Passiflora and Cherry Creek remain exploration-stage.

The portfolio therefore combines an existing silver resource with copper-gold porphyry and multi-metal exploration upside, but no economic study or development decision has yet been completed.

Project 1: Silver Cliff, Colorado, USA — Silver, Gold, Copper
100%-controlled project consisting of 96 lode claims over approximately 944 ha with paved, year-round access. The property contains the Kate silver resource and the Passiflora copper-gold target.

Project 2: Kate Silver Resource, Colorado, USA — Silver, Gold
Current 13.074 Mt resource containing approximately 24.49 Moz Ag across measured, indicated and inferred categories at a weighted grade of approximately 58.3 g/t Ag. The deposit remains at MRE stage, while 2026 drilling extended mineralization beyond the current resource outline.

Project 3: Passiflora, Colorado, USA — Copper, Gold
Copper-gold porphyry discovery approximately 2 km from Kate. Drill hole PF-03A intersected 843.9 m of continuous mineralization averaging 0.214% CuEq. No current MRE.

Project 4: Cherry Creek, Nevada, USA — Silver, Gold, Copper, Molybdenum, Tungsten, Antimony, Tellurium
District-scale exploration package containing 219 unpatented and 9 patented claims plus mill rights and more than 20 historic mines. Targets include silver-gold veins, CRD mineralization, copper-molybdenum systems and 2026 tungsten, antimony and tellurium anomalies. No current MRE.
