Upside Gold Corp

Description

Upside Gold Corp is a Canadian early-stage explorer focused entirely on the Kena Gold-Copper Project, approximately 7 km southwest of Nelson, British Columbia. The option covers 198 mineral claims over 10,114.8 ha plus 11 Crown grants totaling approximately 92 ha and can deliver 100% ownership after the required cash, share and exploration commitments are completed.

The investment case is a large, road-accessible gold-copper system with an approximately 11 km mineralized trend, completed 2026 drilling and a current NI 43-101 resource estimate targeted for Q1 2027.

Kena's 2021 resource estimate is historical to Upside and is not a current Mineral Resource. It contained 32.146 Mt indicated at 0.544 g/t Au for 561.9 koz and 177.507 Mt inferred at 0.486 g/t Au for 2.773 Moz. Upside completed 5,180 m in 19 holes during 2026 following 1,002 m in 2025. Assays and post-2021 drilling are intended to support the new resource estimate, which may also incorporate copper and silver.

Project 2: Regional Kena Targets, British Columbia, Canada — Gold, Copper, Silver
Includes Euphrates, Venus-Juno, Three Friends and the northwest Kena extension. Current work consists of drilling, assays, metallurgy and target refinement ahead of the planned Q1 2027 MRE.
