Description

Troilus Mining is a Canadian development company advancing the 100%-owned Troilus gold-copper-silver project in north-central Quebec. The investment case is a large brownfield reserve, completed basic engineering, advanced permitting and procurement, strong institutional backing and substantial leverage to gold and copper prices. The principal trade-off is the US$1.428B construction requirement before commercial cash flow.

The September 2026 NI 43-101 technical report outlines a 50,000 tpd open-pit operation with an approximately 26-year mine life. Proven and probable reserves total 478 Mt containing 6.7 Moz gold, 568 Mlb copper and 14.2 Moz silver. Average active-mining production is 251 koz gold, 20.1 Mlb copper and 466 koz silver annually. After-tax NPV5 is US$3.206B at US$3,600/oz gold, US$5/lb copper and US$50/oz silver.

Basic engineering is complete, while detailed engineering, procurement, permitting and financing are advancing toward a targeted 2027 construction start. Troilus also retains a 2% NSR over 985 km² of former non-core claims transferred to Sayona, providing additional non-core optionality.

Project 2: Sayona Transferred-Claims Royalty, Quebec, Canada — Royalty Interest
Troilus retains a 2% NSR over 985 km² of former non-core Troilus claims, including the Tortigny area. Sayona may repurchase the royalty for C$20M under the sale terms.
