Transatlantic Mining Corp. is a Canadian explorer and developer advancing three historic high-grade mine properties in Montana and Idaho, USA. The portfolio combines gold, silver and copper exposure with existing underground workings and historic mine access that may reduce future exploration and development complexity.

The investment case is based on high-grade discovery and resource-definition potential across Golden Jubilee, Miller and Monitor. Golden Jubilee is the leading near-term resource catalyst, Miller provides narrow high-grade gold-silver vein exposure, and Monitor adds high-grade copper-gold optionality.

None of the three projects currently has a compliant Mineral Resource or economic study, so Transatlantic remains Early Exploration.

Project 1: Golden Jubilee Gold Project
Montana, USA — Gold. 100%-owned mining rights. Historic small-scale mining and bulk sampling, high-grade drilling, mine dewatering and planned resource-definition drilling support a targeted maiden MRE.

Project 2: Miller Mine Gold Project
Montana, USA — Gold and silver. Lease/right-to-mine and purchase arrangement toward 100% ownership through production royalty. The property includes four historic adits, known vein strike and planned underground drilling/metallurgical work.

Project 3: Monitor Copper-Gold Project
Idaho/Montana, USA — Copper and gold. 80% joint-venture interest covering the Monitor, Richmond, St. Lawrence and Copper Age historic mine areas. Existing underground access, a conceptual Exploration Target and follow-up drill/bulk-sample potential provide additional optionality
