Description

Torq Resources Inc. is a Vancouver-based copper-gold explorer focused on the Santa Cecilia Project in Chile's Maricunga belt, immediately adjacent to Newmont and Barrick's Norte Abierto project. Santa Cecilia is currently Torq's only active mineral property.

The investment case is discovery leverage supported by major-company funding. Drilling has produced multiple porphyry discoveries, including broad gold-copper intercepts at Gemelos Norte and Pircas Norte. Gold Fields currently owns 10% of Santa Cecilia and may earn up to 75% through staged funding totaling US$48M. An approximately US$11M Gold Fields-funded drill program targeting Pircas Norte, Gemelos Norte and additional prospects was planned for late 2026.

Santa Cecilia currently has no Mineral Resource, economic study, reserve, AISC, capex estimate or production decision, so Torq remains Early Exploration.

Project 1: Santa Cecilia
Atacama Region, Chile — Copper and gold. Current flagship and only active mineral property. Torq currently holds 90%, while Gold Fields has earned 10% and may increase its interest to 75% through staged US$48M funding. The project contains seven known porphyry targets plus high-sulphidation epithermal mineralization.

Legacy / Non-current: Margarita
Chile — Former IOCG project. The underlying subsidiary was sold in June 2026. It provides no current project exposure and must not be treated as a current Torq project.

Legacy / Non-current: Andrea
Chile — Former option property. The option lapsed in March 2024 and provides no current project exposure.
