Toogood Gold Corp. is a Canadian early-stage explorer focused on two district-scale gold projects in Tier 1 jurisdictions: the flagship Table Mountain gold-silver project in Nevada, USA, and the Toogood Gold project in Newfoundland, Canada.

The investment case is based on a small fully diluted valuation, meaningful insider alignment, high-grade Newfoundland drill results and the opportunity to conduct the first-ever drill test of a large Nevada epithermal system. Both core properties are optioned rather than fully earned, and neither currently has a compliant Mineral Resource or economic study.

Table Mountain covers approximately 1,902 ha and contains a broad low-sulphidation epithermal alteration footprint with the Widowmaker and Pacifico corridors as key targets. The Toogood Gold project covers approximately 164 km² and includes the Quinlan discovery, where all 30 holes in the 2025 program intersected gold.

Nevada, USA — Gold and silver. Option to earn 100%. The property comprises 228 BLM claims over approximately 1,902 ha and hosts an undrilled epithermal Au-Ag system. A maiden approximately 3,000 m drill program is planned across the Widowmaker and Pacifico target corridors.

Project 2: Toogood Gold Project
Newfoundland, Canada — Gold. Option to earn 100%. Approximately 164 km² with more than 28 km of prospective trend. Quinlan is the principal high-grade discovery, while Golden Nugget/Shoreline, Stockley Kennedy, United Gold and the NE Block provide additional regional targets.
