Description

Tectonic Metals Inc. is a Canadian-listed gold explorer advancing a portfolio of Alaskan gold projects through 100% interests or earn-in rights. Its flagship Flat Gold Project in southwest Alaska covers approximately 99,840 acres of predominantly Doyon-owned land and hosts a large reduced intrusion-related gold system.

The investment case is based on a well-funded and experienced exploration team advancing a broad, near-surface gold system toward a maiden Mineral Resource, supported by heap-leach recoveries of up to approximately 96%, six kilometre-scale Flat targets and a long-term Indigenous land partnership with Doyon. Flat's Chicken Mountain mineralized footprint extends approximately 3.3 km along strike, up to 700 m wide and at least 300 m vertically, with gold intersected in all 206 holes reported by September 2026.

The 2026 five-rig program targets approximately 40,000 m of drilling, with a maiden NI 43-101 MRE planned for Q1 2027. Tibbs provides additional high-grade discovery optionality near the Pogo mining district.

Project 1: Flat Gold Project
Southwest Alaska, USA — Gold. 100%-interest flagship project covering approximately 99,840 acres. Chicken Mountain is the primary bulk-tonnage target, while Black Creek is an emerging higher-grade centre. Golden Apex, Jam, Horseshoe and Caribou complete the six-target trend extending roughly 20 km. Existing exploration infrastructure includes an airstrip, roads, camp and barge access.

Project 2: Tibbs Gold Project
Central Alaska, USA — Gold. 100% earn-in project covering approximately 13,480 acres about 35 km east of Northern Star's Pogo mine. The property contains three Tectonic discoveries and at least 17 identified targets, with historical drilling including high-grade gold intercepts.

Project 3: Carrie Creek
Alaska, USA — Gold. Doyon-owned option ground in the broader Tibbs area. The approximately 15,800-acre property extends the Black Mountain structural corridor and provides additional exploration optionality.

Project 4: Mt Harper
Alaska, USA — Gold. Doyon-owned option ground covering approximately 49,800 acres. Early-stage intrusion-related gold target located about 25 km southeast of the Tibbs area.
