T2 Metals Corp. is a North American copper and precious-metals explorer with projects in Canada and the USA. Its investment case combines a relatively small fully diluted market valuation, strong insider ownership, a debt-free balance sheet and a 100%-owned flagship resource at Sherridon with additional discovery-stage optionality across Yukon, Arizona and Nevada.

Sherridon, Manitoba is the flagship copper-zinc-gold-silver project. The April 2026 NI 43-101 Mineral Resource contains approximately 10.04 Mt Indicated grading 1.0% CuEq and 18.15 Mt Inferred grading 1.7% CuEq across the Bob, Cold Lake, Lost Lake and Jungle deposits. Three deposits remain open, while Park is excluded from the current MRE. Road, rail and grid power provide meaningful infrastructure advantages.

Project 1: Sherridon
Manitoba, Canada — Copper, zinc, gold and silver. 100%-owned flagship VMS project with a 28.19 Mt NI 43-101 Mineral Resource across Bob, Cold Lake, Lost Lake and Jungle. Park and a broader 25 km mineralized trend provide further growth optionality.

Project 2: Shanghai
Yukon, Canada — Silver, base metals and gold. Option to earn 100% of 27.4 km². A permitted 1,500 m / 10-hole surface diamond program began in September 2026.

Project 3: Aurora
Yukon, Canada — Gold and silver. Option to earn 100% of 76 km². Historical high-grade gold and recent soil anomalies support follow-up drilling; RAB drilling is complete and assays are pending.

Project 4: Cora
Arizona, USA — Copper. 100%-owned 3.84 km² porphyry-copper target with historical broad oxide-copper drilling; AI-supported drill targeting began in September 2026.

Project 5: Lida
Nevada, USA — Copper. 100%-owned 2.75 km² Walker Lane target with surface copper and untested IP chargeability anomalies.

Project 6: Copper Eagle
Nevada, USA — Copper and gold. 100%-owned Walker Lane target near Yerington, with historic trenches and modern rock-chip geochemistry supporting follow-up exploration.
