Description

Sterling Metals Corp. is a Canadian copper-focused explorer with a portfolio spanning Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Quebec. Its flagship 100%-owned Soo Copper Project covers more than 35,000 ha in Ontario's Batchewana Copper Belt following the August 2026 acquisition of QcX Gold.

The investment case is centered on discovery-scale copper exposure, improving continuity at the MEPS porphyry system, higher-grade internal zones, established regional infrastructure and a relatively compact share structure. The latest drilling has outlined a broad mineralized footprint with no current Mineral Resource, while nearby road, rail, power and deep-water access support the project's infrastructure score.

Sterling also owns the Adeline copper-silver project in Labrador and, through the QcX acquisition, the Golden Giant and Fernet gold/VMS projects in Quebec. The company remains Early Exploration with no MRE, economic study or production decision.

Project 1: Soo Copper Project
Ontario, Canada — Copper, molybdenum, gold and silver. 100%-owned flagship brownfield porphyry/breccia system covering more than 35,000 ha. The MEPS discovery has broad copper mineralization and higher-grade internal zones, with multiple district-scale targets and strong surrounding infrastructure.

Project 2: Adeline
Labrador, Canada — Copper and silver. 100%-owned 29,700 ha sediment-hosted copper-silver project covering approximately 44 km of prospective stratigraphy. Early drilling and surface targets are present, but there is no current MRE.

Project 3: Golden Giant
Quebec, Canada — Gold / VMS exploration. 100%-owned through QcX. Early-stage James Bay project approximately 2.9 km from the Patwon discovery.

Project 4: Fernet
Quebec, Canada — Gold / VMS exploration. 100%-owned through QcX. Early-stage Abitibi project contiguous with the Fenelon-Martiniere property.
