Description

Star Gold Corp is a single-asset U.S. precious-metals developer focused on the 100%-owned Longstreet project in Nye County, Nevada. The investment case is direct exposure to a small, near-surface gold-silver oxide resource that may be amenable to conventional open-pit, crush-and-heap-leach processing, supported by a low historical strip ratio and a large underexplored land package.

Longstreet's December 2025 SK 1300 resource estimate contains approximately 132,414 oz gold and 4,839,931 oz silver, equivalent to about 213,000 oz AuEq. The defined resource occupies less than 2% of the broader property, while prior scoping/PEA-level work, an approved USFS Plan of Operations, BLM development-program approval, secured water rights and ongoing EIS work place the project beyond Early Exploration but still below PFS/DFS stage.

Nye County, Nevada, USA — Gold and silver. 100%-owned flagship low-sulfidation epithermal deposit. The 2025 SK 1300 resource totals 132,414 oz Au and 4,839,931 oz Ag. The development concept is open-pit heap leach, and 2026 drilling is intended to support resource, metallurgy and hydrology work.

Project 2: Longstreet Exploration Targets
Nye County, Nevada, USA — Gold and silver exploration optionality. Targets include North, Cyprus Ridge, Red Knob, Opal Ridge, Spire, North Slope, West Main and NE Main. These areas do not have separate Mineral Resources, and the 2026 program includes the first deep test at Opal Ridge.
