Description

SSR Mining Inc. is a precious-metals producer listed on both Nasdaq and the TSX. Following the 2026 sales of Copler and its Hod Maden equity interest, the company is focused on four 100%-owned operating assets in the Americas: Marigold and CC&V in the USA, Seabee in Canada and Puna in Argentina.

The investment case combines current production, a large reserve and resource base, US$1.783B of cash, no long-term debt and multiple mine-life extension opportunities. Marigold and CC&V provide large-scale gold production, Seabee contributes higher underground grades, and Puna provides significant silver exposure. H1 2026 continuing-operations free cash flow was US$299.1M, while Amisk and the royalty portfolio provide longer-term optionality.

Project 1: Marigold
Nevada, USA — Gold. 100%-owned large run-of-mine heap-leach operation. Reserves include approximately 3.3 Moz Au including leach inventory, with Buffalo Valley, New Millennium, Marigold North and DG80 supporting future mine-life extension.

Project 2: CC&V
Colorado, USA — Gold. 100%-owned open-pit heap-leach operation acquired in 2025. Reserves are approximately 2.7 Moz Au, with a 12-year mine plan and substantial reserve-conversion potential.

Project 3: Seabee
Saskatchewan, Canada — Gold. 100%-owned high-grade underground Santoy mine and mill. Reserves total approximately 505 koz Au at 4.63 g/t, with Santoy depth and Porky/Porky West as key growth areas.

Project 4: Puna
Jujuy, Argentina — Silver. 100%-owned operation consisting of the Chinchillas open pit feeding the Pirquitas processing plant. Reserves are approximately 18.1 Moz Ag at 119.6 g/t, with Melina, Cortaderas and Chinchillas laybacks providing extension potential.

Project 5: Amisk
Saskatchewan, Canada — Gold and silver. 100%-owned 40,000 ha exploration project containing approximately 1.0 Moz Au plus 7.5 Moz Ag M&I and 0.83 Moz Au plus 5.6 Moz Ag Inferred.

Project 6: NSR Royalty Portfolio
Non-operating optionality including the Hod Maden 4% uncapped NSR, San Luis 4% NSR, and royalties over Pitarrilla and Sunrise Lake.
