Solstice Gold Corp. (TSXV: SGC) is a Canadian early-stage explorer focused on district-scale gold systems. Its flagship is the 100%-owned Strathy Gold Project in Ontario’s Temagami Greenstone Belt, where the company has consolidated the Leckie Gold Zone, Red Cedar discovery and adjacent exploration targets into a 57 km² land package near Highway 11.

The investment case is high-grade discovery leverage in a Tier 1 jurisdiction, unusually strong insider alignment and a broad portfolio of gold and royalty/property interests. At Strathy, 2026 drilling returned visible-gold intervals including 59.60 g/t Au over 0.5 m and a separate polymetallic interval of 3.09 g/t Au, 20.80 g/t Ag, 0.88% Zn and 0.27% Pb over 3.83 m. The Leckie Gold Zone also brings more than 23,000 m of historical drilling and a 160 m shaft, although historical results still require modern verification.

The broader portfolio includes Qaiqtuq in Nunavut, Atikokan and RLX/New Frontier in Ontario, together with a large royalty/property portfolio. No current MRE or economic study exists.

Project 3: Atikokan Gold Project, Ontario, Canada — district-scale early-stage gold exploration position in the Hammond Gold Camp, approximately 26 km from Hammond Reef.

Project 4: RLX & New Frontier, Ontario, Canada — approximately 194 km² Red Lake exploration package including the Berens, Taillon, Moreau and Pringle South areas.

Project 5: Royalty & Property Portfolio, Ontario / Quebec, Canada — more than 80 gold and battery-metal assets, including optioned properties and generated royalties, providing non-core monetization optionality.
