Sky Gold Corp. (TSXV: SKYG) is a Canadian junior explorer focused on precious, base and critical-metal targets in Nevada and northwestern Ontario. Its flagship Evening Star project in Nevada is 100%-owned and covers a portfolio of porphyry, skarn/CRD and epithermal targets.

The investment case is low valuation, full ownership of the flagship asset and multiple drill-ready exploration targets in established Tier 1 mining jurisdictions. Evening Star has produced high-grade selective surface samples, while the 2026 drill program confirmed broad gold-copper-silver anomalism but did not establish an economic discovery interval.

The Ontario portfolio adds nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE and related critical-mineral optionality. No current project has a compliant mineral resource, metallurgy, economic study or production plan, so value remains discovery-driven.

Project 1: Evening Star, Nevada, USA — 100%-owned flagship early-stage gold-silver-copper exploration property covering 73 claims. Priority targets include Tower, High Life, Gold Bug, CRD Hill, Golden Bomber, Good Hope and Evening Star.

Project 2: Greenwater Lake, Ontario, Canada — early-stage nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE exploration property with geophysical and geochemical targets; no current resource.

Project 3: Kekekuab Lake, Ontario, Canada — early-stage nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE property in the Shebandowan greenstone belt.

Project 4: Sungold, Ontario, Canada — early-stage base- and precious-metal exploration ground in the Shebandowan belt; no compliant resource or economic study.

Project 5: KA, Ontario, Canada — early-stage nickel-copper-cobalt-chromium-PGE exploration property acquired to consolidate the Shebandowan land position.

Project 6: Star Lake, Ontario, Canada — option assigned to Gold X2 in January 2026. Sky Gold retains staged share/cash consideration and indirect upside while assignment conditions and work commitments are completed.
