Silver Bullet Mines Corp. (TSXV: SBMI) is a Canadian-listed precious-metals company developing and extracting material from past-producing mines in Arizona and Idaho, supported by a wholly owned 125 tpd modular gravity mill near Globe, Arizona.
The investment case is a low-capital hub-and-spoke model combining multiple high-grade feed sources, owned processing infrastructure and an Ocean Partners supply agreement for up to 36,000 tons annually. Columbia/Gold Queen is the current operating focus, with initial material reaching the mill and processing beginning in August 2026. The main de-risking requirement is proving consistent feed, recoveries, grade reconciliation and repeatable commercial shipments because no NI 43-101 resource, reserve, AISC or steady-state cash flow has yet been established.

List of Projects:

Project 1: Columbia / Gold Queen Complex, Arizona, USA — current silver-gold feed source approximately 30 miles from the Globe mill. Includes Columbia, Gold Queen, Steamboat and at least four additional zones; initial processing began in August 2026.

Project 2: King Tut, Arizona, USA — past-producing gold-silver mine acquired in 2025. Previously supplied high-grade concentrate; currently on hold while Columbia/Gold Queen is prioritized.

Project 3: Super Champ, Arizona, USA — high-grade silver-gold vein system. Processing began in 2025 but the project is currently on hold pending cash flow and further development.

Project 4: Washington, Idaho, USA — 100%-owned past-producing silver property with more than 13,000 ft of workings; Phase-two rehabilitation and a planned 2,500-ton bulk sample provide growth optionality.

Project 5: Black Diamond / Buckeye / McMorris, Arizona, USA — large exploration and historical-mining package near the mill, including Buckeye test-mining history and the historic high-grade silver McMorris mine.

Project 6: Black Copper / Richmond / Buckeye South, Arizona, USA — early-stage copper-gold and polymetallic targets within the wider Black Diamond package.

Project 7: Lone Mountain / Ophir Canyon, Nevada, USA — 100%-owned gold-silver-base-metal exploration property with limited modern exploration.
