Description

Silver Bow Mining Corp (NYSE American: SBMT) is a U.S.-focused silver-gold polymetallic explorer consolidating the historic Butte district in Montana. Its flagship Rainbow Block hosts an inferred mineral resource of approximately 170Moz AgEq across 42 veins above the modeled water table, comprising 49.26Moz silver, 0.55Moz gold, 1.05Blb zinc and 287Mlb lead.

The investment case is based on high-grade mineralization, privately held patented mineral rights, established underground access and an active exploration/de-risking program. Surface drilling and rehabilitation of the Chief Joseph decline are underway, while underground drilling, metallurgy and resource conversion are intended to advance the current inferred resource.

A proposed acquisition of the Jefferson County Metallurgical Complex could add nearby processing infrastructure and M-Pit development optionality, but final closing remains subject to shareholder and NYSE American approvals. No reserve or economic viability has yet been demonstrated.

Project 3: Great Republic Block, Butte, Montana, USA — 100%-owned early-stage silver-gold-zinc exploration property covering approximately 846 royalty-free acres with multiple mapped vein systems and historic production.

Project 4: Marget Ann, Travona and Emma Blocks, Butte, Montana, USA — 100%-owned early-stage exploration claim blocks covering additional district-scale vein targets; no current MRE.

Project 5: Jefferson County Metallurgical Complex / Montana Tunnels M-Pit, Montana, USA — acquisition pending final closing. The complex includes 15,000-tpd and 1,000-tpd flotation circuits, tailings and associated infrastructure. M-Pit provides development optionality, but ownership has not yet transferred.
