Sidney Resources Corporation (OTCID: SDRC) is an Idaho-focused gold, silver and critical-minerals exploration and development company. Its flagship Warren District position covers approximately 12,000 acres containing historic underground workings and multiple mineralized vein systems. The company is advancing the Lucky Ben/Little Giant and Unity-Charity areas, has constructed a 50-ton-per-day mill awaiting utilities and commissioning, and is preparing independent technical work.

The investment case is based on potential near-term technical and commercial validation. Current catalysts include underground drill access, a company-targeted NI 43-101 technical report, an initial mineral-resource target and a firm Ocean Partners offtake covering approximately 25,000 wet tonnes of direct-shipping Warren Valley gold ore. However, the company currently has no S-K 1300 or NI 43-101 mineral resource, reserve or economic study, so historical grades and tonnages remain unvalidated for mine planning.

Project 1: Warren District / Warren Valley, Idaho, USA — flagship district-scale gold-silver exploration and development package containing the Lucky Ben Mine Group, Little Giant vein, Unity and Charity properties, Silver Monarch, Knott and other historic mines/claims. Current work includes underground drifting and drill-bay construction, historic-workings reconstruction, geophysics, stockpile/DSO assay work and the 50 TPD mill. Tungsten, REEs and PGMs provide additional exploration optionality.

Project 2: Walla Walla, Marshall Lake Mining District, Idaho, USA — 100%-owned gold-silver exploration property comprising 47 lode claims. Historic third-party work reported locally high grades, but no current compliant mineral resource exists. Planned work includes drilling, vein mapping, modular-processing assessment and production-feasibility evaluation.
