Description

Sailfish Royalty Corp. is a precious-metals royalty and streaming company with producing and development-stage interests in Nicaragua and Mexico. Its cash-flow base is an eleven-year gold purchase agreement with Mako Mining together with gold and silver stream/royalty interests on the producing San Albino district.
The investment case combines contracted precious-metal deliveries, capital-light royalty economics and a strong balance sheet. Sailfish also retains longer-term exploration and development optionality through Gavilanes, El Compas and La Cigarra. A proposed 20-year Mako transaction announced in September 2026 remains non-binding and is excluded from the current base valuation.

Project 4: El Compas, Zacatecas, Mexico — Gold-Silver / 1.5% NSR / Suspended-Development
Mining operations have been suspended since 2021; restart timing is not established.

Project 5: La Cigarra, Chihuahua, Mexico — Silver / 1% NSR / Exploration
Royalty interest on Kootenay Silver’s La Cigarra project.
