RUA Gold Inc. is a New Zealand-focused gold explorer and developer advancing two high-grade project areas. Its 100%-owned flagship Auld Creek project in the Reefton Goldfield contains a current gold-antimony resource and a 2026 PEA, while the Glamorgan project in the Hauraki Goldfield provides additional gold-silver exploration optionality.

The investment case combines high-grade mineralization, district-scale exploration upside, strong aligned ownership and a rapid de-risking path. Auld Creek’s PEA outlines a shallow underground mine with approximately 26.7 koz AuEq annual production, US$1,850/oz AISC and US$132.6M initial capex. Near-term catalysts include an updated MRE, PFS, Fast-Track permitting work and further drilling across Reefton and Glamorgan.

Hosts approximately 54 koz AuEq Indicated plus 150 koz AuEq Inferred. The project remains open along strike and at depth, with updated resource, PFS and permitting work underway.

Project 2: Reefton Goldfield Portfolio, South Island, New Zealand — Gold / District-Scale Exploration Optionality
More than 120,000 ha across a historic gold district. Includes Supreme, Cumberland, Murray Creek, Pactolus, Alexander River, Big River, Capleston, Kirwans, Caledonia, Fiery Cross and other targets.

Project 3: Glamorgan, Hauraki, North Island, New Zealand — Gold-Silver / Early Exploration
Approximately 15,000 ha epithermal gold-silver project with approved drill pads and a planned initial drilling program.
