Description

Rise Gold Corp. is a U.S.-incorporated exploration company focused on the 100%-owned Idaho-Maryland Gold Mine in Nevada County, California. The single-asset portfolio covers approximately 2,585 acres of private mineral rights together with retained surface properties and historical mine infrastructure.

The investment case is brownfield leverage to a historically high-grade gold district. Idaho-Maryland produced approximately 2.4 Moz at 17.1 g/t Au historically, while modern exploration is testing multiple vein systems and tungsten optionality. Existing infrastructure includes the Brunswick shaft to approximately 3,400 ft. The company currently has no compliant MRE, reserve, feasibility study or production decision.

Historic underground gold mine including Union Hill and Brunswick workings. Current targets include Lucky-Cambridge, Greek-Tungsten, Union Hill, Georgia, Gold Blossom and several Brunswick veins. Tungsten provides unquantified optionality.
