Relevant Gold Corp. is an early-stage gold explorer controlling five 100%-owned district-scale projects across the Bradley Peak and South Pass gold camps in Wyoming, USA. The company is testing an Archean orogenic-gold model across more than 50,000 acres containing 17 exploration targets.

The investment case is discovery-driven, led by Bradley Peak’s Apex target and the Lewiston Burr corridor, supported by a fully funded 2026 drill program and a strong cash position. Golden Buffalo provides the strongest drill-grade evidence, while Shield-Carissa and Windy Flats add pipeline optionality. Relevant Gold currently has no Mineral Resource Estimate or economic study.

Approximately 10,800 acres with six targets. Apex drilling has repeatedly intersected gold, and the 2026 program is testing continuity along a corridor exceeding 2.5 km.

Project 2: Lewiston, Wyoming, USA — Gold-Silver-Copper / 100%-owned / Early Exploration
Approximately 14,000 acres. The Burr corridor is a priority drill target, with prior drilling and high-grade surface Au-Ag-Cu results.

Project 3: Golden Buffalo, Wyoming, USA — Gold / 100%-owned / Early Exploration
Approximately 9,600 acres. Best drilling includes 1 m at 83.8 g/t Au within 3 m at 28.0 g/t Au. The adjacent Hay Hook option adds further land exposure.

Project 4: Shield-Carissa, Wyoming, USA — Gold-Silver / 100%-owned / Early Exploration
More than 2,000 acres with high-grade surface targets adjacent to the historic Carissa mine.

Project 5: Windy Flats, Wyoming, USA — Gold / 100%-owned / Early Exploration
Approximately 6,200 acres and the earliest-stage South Pass asset, currently advanced through soil sampling and regional targeting.
