Regulus Resources Inc. is a Canadian exploration company focused on the AntaKori copper-gold-silver project in Cajamarca, Peru. The investment case is a large, near-surface brownfield resource located in an established mining district, supported by an experienced management team and strong strategic alignment with Nuton, Route One and Osisko.

AntaKori hosts a 2019 NI 43-101 resource of 250 Mt Indicated at 0.48% Cu, 0.29 g/t Au and 7.5 g/t Ag, plus 267 Mt Inferred at 0.41% Cu, 0.26 g/t Au and 7.8 g/t Ag. In 2026, Regulus and neighbouring operator Coimolache completed a private integrated sulphide resource estimate and may advance toward an integrated PEA. Nuton sulphide-leach testwork and additional district exploration provide further optionality.

Project 1: AntaKori, Cajamarca, Peru — Copper-Gold-Silver / Flagship / MRE Resource Stage
Regulus owns or controls approximately 3,303 ha covering skarn, breccia, porphyry and high-sulphidation mineralization. The deposit remains open in several directions and lies beside existing mining infrastructure.

Project 2: Colquirrumi Claims, Peru — Copper-Gold-Silver / 100%-owned project area / Exploration Optionality
Former Colquirrumi claims within the AntaKori district, subject to a 2% NSR with a 0.5% buyback right.

Project 3: Gold Fields Claims, Peru — Copper-Gold-Silver / Earn-in pathway
Regulus has a pathway to earn up to 60% of certain Gold Fields claims adjoining the broader AntaKori system.

Project 4: Tingo and Northern/Northwestern Targets, Peru — Copper-Gold-Silver / Early Exploration
District-scale exploration targets that may be tested in 2027, subject to permits and access.

Former Argentine assets such as Rio Grande are not included because they were spun out and are no longer current Regulus projects.
