Regis Resources Ltd is an unhedged Australian gold producer with operations centered on the 100%-owned Duketon complex in Western Australia and a 30% non-operated interest in the Tropicana Gold Mine. The company also owns the McPhillamys Gold Project in New South Wales, which provides a major development option.

The investment case combines established gold production, existing processing infrastructure, growing underground reserves, a debt-free operating balance sheet and significant development optionality at McPhillamys. FY26 production was 379 koz at A$2,945/oz AISC, while FY27 guidance is 360–400 koz at A$2,990–3,390/oz. The group reports approximately 8.28 Moz attributable Mineral Resources and 3.86 Moz of Ore Reserves.

Includes Duketon South and North, with Garden Well, Rosemont, Moolart Well and multiple satellite open-pit and underground deposits feeding existing processing plants.

Project 2: Tropicana Gold Project, Western Australia — Gold / 30% interest / Producing, non-operated
Includes Havana open pits plus Tropicana and Boston Shaker underground mines. Havana underground is in development.

Project 3: McPhillamys Gold Project, New South Wales — Gold / 100%-owned / PFS Development Stage
Large development project with 2.26 Moz MRE at McPhillamys plus 0.40 Moz at Discovery Ridge. The 2026 PFS outlines approximately 190 koz average annual production, A$1,718/oz AISC and A$1.08B pre-production capital.
