Description

Rackla Metals Inc. is a Canadian critical-minerals and gold explorer focused on the Tombstone Gold-Tungsten Belt of the Northwest Territories and Yukon. Its flagship is the 100%-owned Lentung tungsten project, where extensive historical drilling identified multiple high-grade tungsten zones that Rackla is now attempting to validate and expand through modern drilling.
The investment case is rapid validation of a historically high-grade tungsten system, supported by a fully funded 2026 drill campaign and additional gold and rare-earth optionality. Rackla plans a maiden compliant Lentung MRE in 2027 if current drilling, QA/QC and modelling support it. No current compliant resource, economic study or production plan exists.

Reconnaissance-stage REE target supported by cerium-lanthanum stream-sediment anomalies and anomalous government samples.

Project 3: Grad-Manta, Northwest Territories, Canada — Gold / Early Exploration
Intrusion-related gold system where 2025 drilling returned isolated high-grade intervals but generally mixed results.

Project 4: Astro Plutonic Complex, Yukon–Northwest Territories, Canada — Gold-Bismuth-Tellurium / Early Exploration
District-scale intrusion-related system with multiple intrusive centres, alteration and Au-Bi-Te signatures; no economic resource defined.

Project 5: Calypso, Canada — Gold / Early Exploration
Early-stage intrusion-related gold prospect within Rackla’s Tombstone Belt portfolio.

Project 6: Ogre, Canada — Gold / Early Exploration
Target-generation-stage intrusion-related gold prospect with no current resource.

Project 7: Black, Northwest Territories, Canada — Gold / 100%-owned / Early Exploration
Approximately 7,000 ha near the historic Cantung mine. Historical sampling returned high-grade gold-bearing quartz-arsenopyrite veins, but systematic modern drilling is still required.
