Q-Gold Resources Ltd. is a Canadian gold developer advancing a dual-asset North American portfolio. Its flagship Quartz Mountain Project in Oregon reached the PEA stage in 2026, while Mine Centre in Ontario provides additional high-grade gold-silver exploration optionality.

The investment case combines a large existing gold resource, a strong 2026 PEA, low projected AISC, staged development potential and high institutional/aligned ownership. Quartz Mountain hosts 2.010Moz Au Indicated and 0.494Moz Au Inferred, plus approximately 3.443Moz contained silver. The 2026 PEA models average annual production of 135,400 oz gold over 14 years, US$1,216/oz AISC, US$290M initial capex and a US$1.707B after-tax NPV(5%) at US$3,265/oz gold. Mine Centre adds high-grade exploration upside but does not yet have a current MRE.

Project 1: Quartz Mountain, Oregon, USA — Gold-Silver / Flagship / PEA-stage Resource Project
Includes the Crone Hill and Quartz Butte deposits. The 2026 PEA outlines an open-pit oxide heap-leach operation followed by sulphide flotation, supported by a 2.504Moz total gold resource and 14-year mine plan.

Project 2: Angel’s Camp, Oregon, USA — Gold-Silver / 50% JV plus option for remaining 50% / Exploration Optionality
Contiguous with Quartz Mountain and covers multiple epithermal exploration targets. Soil exploration has been approved, but no standalone MRE or economic study exists.

Project 3: Mine Centre, Ontario, Canada — Gold-Silver / Exploration / Past-Producing District
Historic district containing Foley, Golden Star and McKenzie vein systems, supported by road and power access and more than 15,000 m of historical drilling. Planned drilling is intended to support a future maiden MRE.
