Puma Exploration Inc. is a Canadian explorer building a district-scale gold portfolio in northern New Brunswick. Its flagship Williams Brook Gold Project covers more than 49,000 ha and hosts the Lynx, Cougar, Jaguar and Lion discoveries. Williams Brook is optioned to Kinross Gold, which can earn 65% by funding C$16.75M over five years, giving Puma meaningful discovery exposure while Kinross funds and operates the current program.
The investment case combines partner-funded exploration at Williams Brook, Puma-operated discovery work at the 70%-owned McKenzie Project, 100%-owned regional gold targets and additional copper-silver-polymetallic and uranium optionality through subsidiary, equity and royalty interests. Puma currently has no compliant gold resource, mine plan or production study.
List of Projects:
Project 1: Williams Brook Gold Project, New Brunswick, Canada — Gold / Flagship / Kinross earn-in up to 65%
More than 49,000 ha with Lynx, Cougar, Jaguar and Lion discoveries. Approximately 20,000 m drilled; no current compliant gold MRE.
Project 2: McKenzie Gold Project, New Brunswick, Canada — Gold / 70%-owned / Early exploration
Approximately 33,800 ha. Principal zones include RIM and Grog, with 2026 drilling confirming mineralization and numerous surface targets under evaluation.
Project 3: Jacquet River Project, New Brunswick, Canada — Gold / 100%-owned / Grassroots exploration
Approximately 14,244 ha with structural gold targets being refined through reconnaissance and drone magnetics.
Project 4: Caribou / Caribou East, New Brunswick, Canada — Gold and Base Metals / 100%-owned / Grassroots exploration
Approximately 5,476 ha with early-stage gold and base-metal targeting supported by high-resolution magnetic surveys.
Project 5: Murray Brook Minerals Portfolio — Copper-Silver-Gold-Lead-Zinc-Indium-Bismuth-Tungsten-Molybdenum-Tin / 70.48% subsidiary interest
Includes Legacy, Legacy East, Gulch and Mount McInnes. Legacy contains a small inferred Cu-Ag resource, while Mount McInnes provides broader polymetallic exploration optionality.
Project 6: Equity and Royalty Optionality — Uranium and Base-Metal Exposure / Non-operated interests
Includes equity exposure to Canadian Copper and Raptor Resources, plus retained royalties. Puma also has exposure to uranium assets through related investment interests.
