Prospector Metals Corp. is a Canadian exploration company and Discovery Group member focused on the 100%-owned ML Project in Yukon’s Tintina Gold Belt, approximately 80 km from Dawson City. Following the September 2026 sale and distribution of its non-Yukon assets, ML is the company’s sole retained mineral project.

The investment case combines a high-grade, shallow gold-copper-silver discovery at TESS with a strong treasury and an experienced exploration team. In 2026, hole ML26-46 returned 5.05 g/t Au, 29.2 g/t Ag and 1.16% Cu over 27.4 m, while the mineralized corridor has been traced for at least 350 m and remains open. The 2026 campaign drilled 94 holes totaling 18,805 m, with additional assays and preliminary metallurgical work pending. No MRE, reserve, economic study or production plan has yet been established.
