Precore Gold Corp. is a Canadian junior explorer focused on gold discovery across Peru and Canada. Its flagship is the optioned Arikepay gold-copper-silver porphyry project in Arequipa, Peru, where historical drilling returned broad mineralized intercepts including 420 m at 0.91 g/t Au, 1.16 g/t Ag and 0.04% Cu, with a higher-grade interval of 81 m at 3.17 g/t Au.

The investment case is high discovery leverage from a large and open Arikepay system, supported by a strengthened estimated pro-forma treasury of approximately C$6.36M and a management team with major-company, project-advancement and capital-markets experience. Lac Big-Rush in Quebec and Kimber in British Columbia provide additional Canadian exploration optionality. No project currently has a compliant MRE, reserve or economic study.

Project 1: Arikepay, Arequipa, Peru — Gold-Copper-Silver / Option to earn up to 100% / Flagship early exploration
Approximately 1,800 ha. Historical drilling totaled 13,738 m in 32 holes. The interpreted mineralized envelope remains open and 2026 magnetic surveying is being used to refine inaugural drill targets.

Project 2: Lac Big-Rush, Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada — Gold / 100%-owned / Early exploration
Approximately 2,712 ha with year-round access, historical drilling and narrow high-grade showings. Data compilation is complete and AI-assisted target definition is planned.

Project 3: Kimber, British Columbia, Canada — Gold-Copper / 100%-owned / Early exploration
Approximately 2,231 ha near the past-producing Sullivan mine. 2024 soil work expanded gold, copper and barite anomalies, with further exploration under consideration.
