Description

Palamina Corp is a Peru-focused exploration company advancing a portfolio of early-stage gold projects led by the 100%-owned Usicayos Project in Puno. Usicayos covers a 4.5 km gold trend across the Sol de Oro, Cayos and Veta target areas. The company currently has no mineral resource estimate, reserve, mine plan, AISC or economic study.

The investment case combines a low fully diluted market capitalization, experienced management, strong aligned ownership and substantial exploration optionality. Palamina also plans to separate its silver-copper portfolio through the proposed Colt Silver spin-out, subject to shareholder, court and exchange approvals.
