NuLegacy Gold Corporation

Description

NuLegacy Gold Corporation is a TSXV-listed mineral-exploration company currently functioning as a reorganizing acquisition vehicle. Its former flagship Red Hill Carlin-type gold property in Nevada did not establish an NI 43-101 mineral resource, and exploration was suspended after unsuccessful drilling and financing difficulties. The company subsequently concluded that the property components were not economically viable, impaired the associated carrying value and relinquished or terminated the remaining property interests.

The investment case is now corporate optionality rather than an existing mineral asset. NuLegacy has a very small market capitalization and a new management/board structure that could create value through a future funded mineral-property acquisition. However, as of the current data date, no acquisition, financing or new exploration program has been announced.

Former 108-km² Carlin-type gold project comprising Iceberg, Wilson and Coal Canyon. Iceberg claims were returned or allowed to lapse, the Wilson lease was terminated, and Coal Canyon claims were allowed to lapse. All associated costs have been fully impaired.
