Description

Novo Resources Corp is an Australian gold explorer with approximately 5,608 sq km of Pilbara tenure together with exploration projects in Victoria and New South Wales. Its 100%-owned Belltopper project is the company's current resource-stage flagship asset, where the Leven Star deposit contains a maiden Inferred MRE of 760,000 tonnes at 3.6 g/t gold for 87,000 oz. Belltopper also hosts a broader conceptual Exploration Target across eight reefs.

The investment case is based on growing the Belltopper resource while retaining multiple high-grade discovery opportunities across a large Australian exploration portfolio. Additional optionality comes from gold, copper, antimony and polymetallic targets, joint ventures and strategic investments. Novo currently has no reserve, development study or production plan, so further drilling and conversion of exploration targets into economic resources remain the key re-rating catalysts.

Project 1: Belltopper, Victoria — 100% flagship / Gold
Resource-stage gold project containing the Leven Star 87 koz Inferred MRE and seven additional target reefs. Resource-growth drilling is planned.

Project 2: Egina Gold Camp, Western Australia — Gold / District exploration
Includes Becher, Teichman, Nunyerry North and Tabba Tabba. Novo retained Becher data after Northern Star withdrew; Teichman sits within the 70%-Novo Croydon JV.

Project 3: Tibooburra, New South Wales — Gold / JV option
Novo has an option to form a 70/30 JV after completing required expenditure. Targets include Clone, Pioneer, New Bendigo and regional prospects.

Project 4: John Bull / Micks Bull, New South Wales — Gold / Farm-in option
TechGen farm-in opportunities targeting an intrusion-related gold system with several identified drill targets.

Project 5: Wyloo / Karratha, Western Australia — Gold, Silver, Antimony, Copper / Exploration
Includes Jaws and Sherlock Crossing Au-Ag-Sb/base-metal targets plus North Whundo, Railway Bore and East Well Cu-Au/base-metal prospects.

Project 6: Balla Balla, Western Australia — Gold / Polymetallic exploration
Covered-terrain intrusion-related and structural gold and polymetallic targets along the Sholl Shear corridor.

Project 7: Toolunga / Onslow, Western Australia — Copper-Gold / Exploration
Large land position targeting intrusion-related gold, porphyry and IOCG-style Cu-Au systems.

Project 8: Comet Well and Purdy's North, Western Australia — Gold / Strategic review
Conglomerate-gold assets currently under sale/JV review with no active development plan.

Project 9: Harding Battery Metals JV / Investments — Minority interest / Strategic optionality
Novo holds a 25% free-carried interest in SQM-managed priority tenements to a decision to mine while retaining specified precious/base-metal rights. Strategic investments include San Cristobal Mining, Kalamazoo Resources and Kali Metals.
