Description

Northern Shield Resources Inc. is a Canadian exploration-stage company focused on porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum and epithermal gold-silver-tellurium systems, mainly in eastern Newfoundland. Its flagship 100%-owned Root & Cellar project anchors a broader Avalon Terrane land position. Four priority 3D-IP targets at Creston, including anomalies extending to approximately 450–570 metres depth, together with permits for 29 drill collars, provide the main near-term discovery catalyst.

The investment case is a low-enterprise-value, high-geological-upside exploration story supported by multiple metals, multiple targets, good infrastructure and management with long exploration and major-company partnership experience. The company remains pre-resource and pre-economic study, so value depends on successful drilling converting surface sampling and geophysical targets into continuous mineralization.

Copper-gold-molybdenum and gold-silver-tellurium exploration project with multiple epithermal zones and the Creston porphyry target. Four priority IP targets and drill permits are in place.

Project 2: Fortune Trend, Newfoundland — 69% reported at 30 June 2026
Approximately 40-kilometre mineralized corridor containing Point Rosie, Stewart, Forty Creek, Feeder Brook and Jasper Brook epithermal/porphyry indications.

Project 3: Cape St. Mary’s / CSM, Newfoundland — 100%
Expanded land package targeting porphyry copper-gold and magmatic nickel-copper-cobalt mineralization.

Project 4: Idefix, Quebec — 100%
Legacy nickel-copper-PGE project with high-grade selective samples; currently non-core with minimal 2026 expenditure.

Project 5: Shot Rock, Nova Scotia — 88.6%
Epithermal gold project with historical drilling; currently non-core.

Project 6: Other new Newfoundland claims — 100%
Early-reconnaissance exploration ground within the broader Newfoundland district position.
