Newlox Gold Ventures Corp. is a Canadian environmental-remediation and precious-metals processing company operating through wholly owned Oro Roca S.A. in Costa Rica. The company recovers gold and minor silver from historical artisanal tailings and freshly mined material using mercury-free processing.

The investment case is based on a low-capex modular processing model rather than conventional mine development. Plant 1 processes historical tailings, while the larger Boston Plant 2 is designed for fresh artisanal ore. Legacy design assumptions indicate combined capacity of approximately 230tpd and recoveries near 90%, although current production remains below design and there is no NI 43-101 resource, reserve, AISC or feasibility study supporting the capacity targets.

The latest available financial data through December 2025 show weak revenue, negative free cash flow and continuing working-capital pressure. A ten-year Costa Rica joint venture announced in March 2026 provides potential processing-as-a-service expansion optionality, but operational stabilization, regulatory compliance and financing remain the immediate priorities.
