Description

Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. is a Vancouver-based precious metals explorer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, majority-controlled by Chesapeake Gold Corp. Its flagship is the 100%-owned Talapoosa gold-silver project in Nevada's Walker Lane, which hosts 1.01 million ounces of gold and 13.6 million ounces of silver Measured and Indicated at 1.11 g/t gold, plus 233,532 ounces of gold Inferred. The property covers roughly 6,000 hectares and includes the Appaloosa trend one kilometre northeast of the main deposit.

A 1,500 metre reverse circulation program at the newly identified Ranch Trend began in November 2025 and returned 47 metres at 1.1 g/t oxide gold in March 2026. The company raised C$3.35 million in December 2025 at C$0.40 per unit, with insiders participating. Newmont terminated its Appaloosa option in March 2024, and no PEA, PFS or DFS exists.
