Description

Greencastle Resources Ltd. is a Toronto-based TSX Venture company, founded in 1996, that describes itself as a venture capital and merchant banking firm with roots in natural resource finance. Rather than operating a single flagship mine or discovery, it acquires minority equity stakes in other resource juniors. Recent purchases include shares of Royal Uranium in December 2025, Green Shift Commodities in January 2026, and Future Fuels in March and April 2026.

Its portfolio also includes Atikokan Resources, a private Western Canada gas company, Highrock Resources and Searchlight Resources, a Saskatchewan gold, uranium and battery-minerals explorer. Albert Contardi became chief executive in February 2026. The company raised C$200,000 in March 2026 at C$0.04 per unit, mainly to pay accounts payable, and it has no NI 43-101 resource, PEA, PFS or DFS.
