Goldgroup Mining Inc. is a precious metals producer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and NYSE American under the symbol GORO. Following its July 2026 combination with Gold Resource Corporation, it holds four 100%-owned assets: the producing Don David mine in Oaxaca and Cerro Prieto mine in Sonora, the fully permitted San Francisco project in Sonora, and the Back Forty project in Michigan. First-half 2026 production was 27,425 gold-equivalent ounces, and pro forma cash was US$59 million with no debt before a US$122 million September placement.

San Francisco holds 1.23 million ounces Measured and Indicated plus 178,000 ounces Inferred, with a restart targeted for 2027 subject to technical studies and financing. Don David produced 23,125 gold-equivalent ounces in 2025 at an AISC of US$2,807 per ounce, while Cerro Prieto is guided to roughly 17,000 to 20,000 ounces of gold in 2026. Management's stated goal is more than 250,000 gold-equivalent ounces per year.
