Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. is a Toronto-based project generator and royalty company listed on the TSX. It holds 276 mineral assets, including 106 royalties, across North America and generates income from option payments and advance royalties. Roughly C$40 million of cash and securities and no debt have let it avoid dilutive financings since 1987.

Its flagship owned asset is the Wood/Central Cadillac property near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, where the Ironwood deposit holds an Indicated resource of 234,800 tonnes at 14.38 g/t gold. An 11-hole, 4,800 metre drill program began in August 2026, followed by a 1,335 metre program at Rouyn-Merger. Key royalties include a 1% gross metal royalty on Cerrado Gold's Mont Sorcier iron project, and no PEA, PFS or DFS exists on Globex's own properties.
