Description

Galantas Gold Corporation is a TSX Venture and AIM-listed gold-copper developer that has fully exited its legacy Omagh mine in Northern Ireland, completing the sale of its remaining interest to Ocean Partners for US$5.0 million in 2026, to concentrate on two Chilean assets. Its flagship Andacollo Oro project, acquired in 2026, hosts an updated resource of 5.92 million ounces of gold (1.47 Moz indicated, 4.45 Moz inferred) at an average grade of roughly 0.42 g/t gold, and the company is targeting a restart of heap-leach gold production in H1 2027, having secured a 20,000 tpd crushing plant to accelerate the timeline, though management has stated no final production decision has yet been made.

No PEA, PFS, or DFS has yet been completed at either Andacollo or the company's second Chilean asset, Indiana; a PEA for Andacollo is targeted for Q4 2026. Indiana, a gold-copper project near Copiapó, holds an initial inferred resource of 356,000 oz gold and 64,700 tonnes copper at 2.24 g/t Au and 1.31% Cu, with development planned around a 300 tpd underground restart.
