Description

G Mining Ventures is a Canadian-listed intermediate gold producer operating the Tocantinzinho ("TZ") mine in Pará, Brazil, its 100%-owned flagship asset, which poured first gold in 2024 and produced 63,566 oz in its first full year. The company is simultaneously constructing Oko West in Guyana, a high-grade project with a 2025 feasibility study outlining a 12.3-year mine life, average annual production of 350,000 oz, initial capex of US$972 million, AISC of US$1,123/oz, and an after-tax NPV5% of US$2.2 billion with a 27% IRR at US$2,500/oz gold.

TZ's 2026 guidance calls for 160,000-190,000 oz of production at AISC of US$1,330-1,544/oz, with costs pressured by a stronger Brazilian real, Q2 2026 free cash flow reached US$84.8 million. Oko West construction was 28% complete as of mid-2026, with first gold targeted for H2 2027 and commercial production in early 2028. The company's third asset, Gurupi in Brazil, holds an initial resource of approximately 2.6 Moz gold, with a maiden PEA and updated resource estimate expected by year-end 2026.
