Description

Future Mineral Resources is an early-stage Canadian exploration company led by a management team with a track record of building and selling junior miners, including Desert Sun Mining (acquired by Yamana), Central Sun Mining (acquired by B2Gold), and Sulliden Gold (acquired by Rio Alto). Its flagship asset is the Szklary nickel-zinc-lead project in southwestern Poland, where the company agreed in February 2026 to acquire full 100% ownership, building on an initial 48% stake acquired in 2025.

Szklary carries a historical, non-NI 43-101 compliant inferred resource of roughly 28.8-32.9 million tonnes grading approximately 0.70-0.73% nickel, and confirmatory drilling is required before a current resource can be declared; no PEA, PFS or DFS has been completed. The company also holds the East Sullivan copper-zinc-gold-silver property in Quebec, plus early-stage uranium claims at Orange Creek (Australia) and Otish (Quebec).
