Freeman Gold Corp is a gold developer advancing the 100%-owned Lemhi Gold Project (Beartrack-Arnett) in Lemhi County, Idaho, a shallow, scalable oxide gold deposit with a completed Feasibility Study. The company established a 1 million ounce gold mineral reserve and has been actively engaging additional environmental contractors and advancing baseline soil, vegetation and ecosystem surveys as part of the Lemhi permitting process in 2026.

The Feasibility Study delivered post-tax NPV5% of US$696 million (a 227% increase versus the original 2023 PEA) and IRR of 34.4%, using a base-case gold price of US$3,650/oz, on initial capex of US$329.7M (a 73% increase versus the PEA) and AISC of US$1,718.95/oz. Mine life extended to 15 years (a 4-year increase versus the PEA) with lifetime gold production of 972,000 ounces (up roughly 120,000 oz versus the PEA). Management notes the project generates more than US$2 of post-tax NPV for every US$1 of initial capital invested.
