Description

Freegold Limited is a gold developer advancing the 100%-owned Golden Summit Project near Fairbanks, Alaska, within the prolific Tintina Gold Belt. The company has built one of the largest undeveloped gold resources in North America through sustained exploration success, with over 170,000 metres drilled since 2020 and a reported discovery cost under US$5.00/oz.

The current resource stands at 432 Mt Indicated at 1.24 g/t Au (17.2 Moz) plus 358 Mt Inferred at 1.04 g/t Au (11.9 Moz), pit-constrained at a 0.50 g/t cut-off, with metallurgical testing demonstrating gold recoveries of approximately 92% to over 93%. No PEA or PFS has been completed yet, the company is targeting Pre-Feasibility Study completion in 2027, supported by a fully funded C$50 million January 2026 financing that included major shareholder Eric Sprott, and a 2026 program of approximately 50,000 metres of infill, expansion and higher-grade zone-definition drilling.
