Description

FireFox Gold Corp is a Finland-focused gold explorer advancing its flagship Mustajärvi Gold Project in the Lapland Greenstone Belt, where high-grade drill intercepts (including 124 g/t Au over 1.0m and 54.91 g/t Au over 1.95m) have expanded the East, Northeast, Triangle and Lammas zones. The company also holds the Kolho property, on which Agnico Eagle Mines can earn up to 75% interest through staged exploration spending, providing a strategic partnership and funding for regional exploration. No NI 43-101 resource, PEA, PFS or DFS currently exists, a maiden mineral resource estimate for Mustajärvi is targeted for early 2027.

A winter drilling program is planned to test mineralized corridors to 800 metres depth at Mustajärvi ahead of the maiden resource. The Agnico Eagle option on Kolho, structured to earn 51% for US$5 million and a further 24% for US$7.5 million, both validates the district's prospectivity and reduces FireFox's own funding burden on that asset, while Mustajärvi remains the company's primary value driver.
