Description

Finlay Minerals Ltd. is a Canadian copper-gold explorer advancing the PIL and ATTY porphyry properties in the Toodoggone District of northern British Columbia. The company trades on the TSXV under FYL and OTC under FYMNF. Both properties are subject to 6-year earn-in agreements with Freeport-McMoRan, currently in Year 2, under which Freeport funds all exploration expenditures and may earn up to an 80% interest in PIL upon completion.

No NI 43-101 resource, PEA, PFS or DFS exists at either property. The fully funded 2026 program includes a C$3.5 million budget at PIL for 2,800 metres of diamond drilling targeting the Reef, PIL South and Gold prospects, where a nearby historical hole by another operator intersected 33 metres grading 0.58 g/t gold, 0.22% copper and 5.4 g/t silver from 564 metres depth; ATTY carries an C$800,000 program of up to 16 km of induced polarization surveys and target refinement.
